About Dr. E. Ramachandra Srinivas
Dr. Eedupuganti Ramachandra Srinivas hails from a humble middle-class family and completed his MBBS from Amalapuram Medical College. During the final year of his medical education, he faced a life-altering personal tragedy — the sudden demise of his father due to a heart attack. In the wake of this loss, Dr. Srinivas took full responsibility for his family's business, dignity, and well-being, becoming the pillar of strength for his loved ones while continuing to pursue his passion for medicine and service.
Even before establishing EVR Hospitals, he founded the EVR Charitable Trust with a deep sense of social responsibility. Through this trust, he has organized three major health camps every year, consistently delivering vital healthcare services to underserved communities. His vision for holistic healthcare led him to bring together a panel of over 25 experienced consultant and super-specialist doctors — even before the hospital formally began operations.
In addition to his contributions to healthcare, Dr. Srinivas has also been active in public service and leadership. He served as the State Head of TDP Youth Wing in Andhra Pradesh and also held the role of State In-charge for Doctors' Cell, playing a key part in bridging healthcare and community leadership. Today, he continues to be a prominent figure in the Kaikaluru constituency, both as a visionary leader and healthcare pioneer.
Through the EVR Charitable Trust, Dr. Srinivas has spearheaded a number of impactful initiatives: Free distribution of medicines to patients in need; Health card issuance under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs; Support for free surgeries for economically challenged individuals; and Public health outreach programs across rural and semi-urban regions.
As the Founder and Managing Director of EVR Super Specialty Hospital, Dr. Srinivas oversees every aspect of the institution with precision and care. His leadership extends beyond healthcare — he also manages EVR Aqua and Ramachandra Finance, two enterprises that reflect his commitment to community welfare and empowerment. Recently, he expanded his vision by establishing the Amaravati Multi Speciality Hospital, further elevating access to advanced medical care in the region.
Rising from personal loss and financial adversity, Dr. Srinivas has become a beacon of inspiration. His life journey is a testament to resilience, hard work, and a deep-rooted desire to serve society. Today, he stands not only as a successful healthcare entrepreneur but also as a compassionate leader shaping the future of medicine in Andhra Pradesh.
